There is an observation tower that faces the Arenal Volcano, there are gravel footpaths that are natural and which also have planks. There are 12 Kms of footpaths, 4 footpaths have routes of 45 minutes to 3 ½ hours. There is a volunteer program for nationals and foreigners without age restrictions, accommodation included; you only pay for food and transportation.
